Shipping policy

NOX pieces are made to order, so every order has two clocks running: production, then transit. The estimates below are the full picture from the moment you check out.

Production time

Allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be cut, printed, finished, and quality checked before it ships. New drops and restocks can run toward the longer end of that window. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves the facility.

United States

• Standard: free on orders of $70 or more, otherwise $8. Typically 5 to 8 business days in transit after production.
• Express: $15. Typically 2 to 4 business days in transit after production.

Express speeds up transit only, not production. If you need something by a date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will make it.

International

We ship to most of Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Japan, Korea, Singapore, the UAE, and a number of other markets. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order, and are shown before you pay. Transit typically runs 7 to 20 business days after production, depending on the country and customs.

Duties, taxes, and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees charged by your country. Those charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are your responsibility as the importer. Customs delays are outside our control and do not extend the delivery estimates above. If a package is refused at customs or returned to sender because duties were not paid, we can refund the order less shipping once it comes back to us.

Addresses

Check your address before you submit your order. We cannot reroute a package once it ships. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you cover the new shipping cost, or refund the order less the original shipping.

Split shipments

Orders with several pieces may ship in more than one package at no extra cost to you. Each package gets its own tracking number.

Tracking

Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to start updating after you receive the notification. If tracking has not moved in 10 business days domestically or 21 business days internationally, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
